Drawing on metaphors from the activities, he asks the audience to consider what kind of people they want to be and how they want to interact with others. Keith Fulthorp Ed.D, has over 18 years of experience in Recreation, has been a high school counselor for 6 years, and is a lecturer at California State University, Long Beach, Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies. He completed his doctorate degree at University of Southern California in 2009. Keith's research focuses on municipal recreation and parks, leadership, teambuilding and school counseling. He has presented at local, state, and national conferences including the American School Counselor Association, California School Counselor Association, California Park and Recreation Society, National Recreation and Park Association, Nebraska School Counselor Association, and Washington School Counselor Association.
